朝食は、コーヒーとスナックのみで食事とは程遠い、部屋は滞在の3日間全く掃除されず。また、部屋の設備はソファーは敗れ、バスタブの栓は行方不明の状態、朝は工事でうるさいと酷い状態でした。泊まらないほうがよいですよあ

Axed Weekend
Coming in at 10pm to a locked hotel door and the phone to call the front desk not working was disappointing. We called the phone number on the website with no answer. Only got into the hotel lobby because someone was leaving. The lobby was under construction and filthy since they were sanding drywall. This hotel used to be an extended stay hotel/motel. The person who checked us in told us no breakfast available. Renovations are not to be finished until January 2025. The rooms have had makeover but still needing attention. The rooms have no hangers, no cover on ironing board, plastic cups are not wrapped, no hairdryer, and blood and glue in the shower. The original overhead light was larger than replacement and the paint needs to be touched up. Recommendation is not staying unit after renovations are complete. The give it a shot and make your own decisions for the future.

This place SUCKS!
Well when I first got there was no one at the front desk. A young lady showed up. Nice, but I asked what time is breakfast start she said we have no breakfast. I said to her but you advertise breakfast. She just said sorry. I turned the corner to the elevator and BAM big time construction. Mess everywhere. I wanted to extend my stay and the young lady said I would have to come to the hotel to extend. If not at 11 all my belonging would be removed and placed outside the room and they are not responsible for what may happen to my belongings. I was floored. I told her that every hotel I've ever stayed at would extend and wait for to get off and return. This place SUCKED

Unsatisfied
The hotel is under renovations with dust everywhere. There was no continental breakfast like advertised. The room was nice but air conditioner did not work at all. When told the front desk they said they would have thier maintenance man look at it when he got back from being off for the weekend. We were there for 3 nights in upper 90 degree weather. They charged my card several differen times for a deposit and was rude when asked why. Took several days to get those charges back from them which put me in a very tight spot. Also vending machines will take your money and not vend any items. Told the front desk and they said they cant give any cash refunds on the vending machines. I will not stay at this hotel again.

It not as good as i thought... could be better..
Had to request cleaning service, usually hotels have service come and donit routinely. Had to take out my own trash most of the time. Exchange my own towles. They had a kitchenette with no pots, you had to bring your own... who brings their own when you come from oitnof state? Over all 2-3 stars... the end table at one of the beds was gone and the screws were poking out... definitely a safety issue there. Breakfast, was not breakfast at all. It was a grab and go breakfast..

SIN HABITACIONES DISPONIBLES AL HACER EL CHECK IN
Al llegar a hacer el Check in la recepcionista nos comento que ya no tenían habitaciones disponibles, que efectivamente estaba nuestra reserva hecha y me la mostro impresa pero que el hotel ya se encontraba lleno y no habia disponibilidad de habitaciones, sugiriendo que lo único que podia hacer era enviarnos a otro hotel mas retirado a 30 minutos de ahi... Muy mala experiencia toda vez que es un viaje con familia, previamente reservado con tiempo y que al llegar te comenten que si existe la reserva pero que no tienen habitaciones disponibles deja mucho que desear, ya que son viajes largos cansados manejando y llegar y que no haya disponibilidad de habitaciones no está bien, dado de que en caso de que no me hubiese presentado me iban a cobrar de igual manera la penalización y si uno llega y no tienen habitaciones no se les puede penalizar aun y cuando existe la reserva.

Room was decent. But with a full kitchen you would think there would be a pot,skillet,plates and silverware to eat with. Who travels with those items? Said online beakfast was included but when i asked about breakafast was dissappointed to find out i would be offered only oatmeal and hot chocolate. So for $121 was very dissatisfied. Wont return to this hotel.

They have roaches they know they have roaches and they still let people check in the service was very poor. They did not accommodate for the roaches. There were still people checking in. They never cared. They knew about the issue. They moved to another room. There was also roaches in that room. I had somebody else staying there. There was also roaches in that room just overall it was a horrible experience terrible service.
