I should have known from the start, took a half hour to check in. Had to change room 3 times. Stayed at hotel several years before, was great. Apparently closed for several years and then new owners. Opened three months, was not ready to open. No hot water, no AC in first Room. Second room AC broke in middle of night, water did not drain. Asked manager several times to have it fixed and my room cleaned during the day. Assured it would be taken care of, and upon arriving ack at 9:00 PM, nothing had been done, not even cleaned so I was forced to change rooms again. It was the worse stay I have ever had in a hotel room, and then it took a half hour to check out because they couldn't print up a receipt. I must admit, I expected an apology from the manager, or something done on my bill. However, the manager avoided me on the day after she had said things would be fixed, but were not.
