Everything is good! I would like to provide 2 comments: 1) pls provide one closet or cabinet for clothings. 2) on the first night, there was orange-brownish water coming out from the shower head for so long and we have to wait for at least 10 mins to have the water became clear.

Check in sucks but hotel is nice.

Hôtel is very nice but their check in service sucks. There is no one working there and you need codes to get in. The only problem there we were supposed to get an email with that which never came. We were luck to have found a phone number for them. We called and was told we needed to register first but no one told us that and we never received any email giving us these instructions. We were no the only ones there were other people there with same problem.

Sweltering in a Poorly Ventilated Unit without AC

Management would not respond to the need to fix the air conditioning unit despite daily requests.. Temp remained at 80°F or above, and windows do not open—no air circulation in the unit. Unacceptable condition, Unacceptable customer service! Use caution in booking in this property!!!

A wonderful stay!

Our stay at Les Lofts Dorchester was a wonderful stay. It was clean, comfortable, it had enough room for my family. It was a good location, close to the city centre.

The apartment itself was good. There’s a really good underground parking for 18$ a day in the csq building nearby. It’s just not advertised anywhere. There’s definitely a lot of homeless people wandering around but no one was causing trouble or anything and I never felt concern

Spacious quiet modern unit in a newer building. The bedrooms are separated by heavy blackout curtains which is great for light but not noise from the main living area. Equipped functional kitchen. Large restroom with shower. Only issues were the drain cover in the bathroom sink would not stay up to allow for drainage and the pillows were a bit high profile. Close to a great small-medium grocery store, scrumptious patisserie, coffee shops, and good restaurants. Only paid street parking or paid lots in the area, none associated with the loft. Overall, enjoyed the unit and location. Nice view from room. Would definitely stay again!
