初日は部屋の下水のような臭いが気になりました。見てもらえるようにフロントでお願いしましたが、完全には消えませんでした。エアコンからほこりが落ちてきていました。たぶんフィルターの掃除はされないのでしょう。部屋は日本のビジネスホテルくらい。ベッドは余裕ある大きさでしたが、スーツケースの置き場所に困りました。ホテルの場所は、徒歩で大英博物館やナショナルギャラリーにも行けるくらいの距離でとても便利でした。

エリザベスラインで空後から乗り換え無しでとうちゃします。ただし細い道をクネクネと行く必要があるので、マップアプリが有効です。 朝食のメニューは豊富ではありませんが不満は感じません。担当の女性がテキパキと働くのが印象的でした。 コーヒーやお湯などはいつでも食堂でサービスされています。 たまたまかも知れませんが、部屋は非常に狭く、荷物を広げるスペースが有りませんでした。

The hotel refused to allow me to check in. They said that the payment was declined, but the truth is that they collect the money from Hotels.com. They took my money and I attempted four times to check and and they refused me to check then We contact in every possible way, but they simply drop my money and let me on the street. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Rigtig dejligt ophold. Dejligt centralt til restauranter, shopping og metro station. Vi havde 2 overnatninger med morgenmad. Morgenmaden havde det man havde behov for, var rent og smagte fint. Værelserne var også fine og rene. Sengen er dog lidt blød, hvis ikke man er til den slags - vi havde intet problem. Virkelig sødt og hjælpsomt personale. Alt i alt virkelig dejligt ophold!

I have stayed at this hotel before and had a very good experience, which is why I chose to book it again. Unfortunately, this stay was quite different. We were met with inadequate cleaning, and there were ongoing issues with the breakfast we had already paid for through a third party (Expedia). The hotel could not see the breakfast reservation in their system, so every morning we had to go through the same discussion in order to receive the breakfast we had already paid for. Due to the poor cleaning and the lack of hot water during the first 24 hours, we were promised compensation for the first night. However, the refund never arrived despite several emails back and forth with both the hotel and Expedia. The intentions from the hotel staff were good, and they did try to address the issues and offer compensation. However, it was a very disappointing experience that the promised refund never materialized. Because of this, we are not certain we will choose this hotel again on our next trip to London, even though the hotel otherwise lives up to our expectations – and in many ways exceeds them. 😟
