terribile accoglienza al check-in! non volevano farmi entrare perchè non vedevano il visto nel mio passaporto! non erano aggiornatiperchè la cina, per soggiorni fino a 15 giorni, per alcuni PAesi tra cui l'italia, ha tolto il visto, mentre l'uomo al checkin mi ha detto che era obbligatorio e non voleva farmi entrare nonostante la mia amica ha provato più volte a spiegare questo in cinese. molto maleducato e razzista. non riusciva nemmeno ad usare il POS per pagamento con carta visa che funziona in tutto il mondo con plafond da euro 8000. Molto scortesi i 2 uomini alla reception e non parlano inglese. l'unica gentile è stata la manager - una donna che era l'unica persona che parlava inglese! e questo hotel è un hotel di prorpietà del governo quindi è assurdo che non fossero aggiornati sulla questione del visto

I would like to highlight the excellent service and attention provided by Miss Wanda at hotel front desk.
I am greatly thankful to her for her kindness and service vocation, thinking about the well-being of guests and making all possible at her end to make the guest feel like home.
Another thing that I would like to highlight is the breakfast... a very convenient relation price-quality.
Very good breakfast options for guests to select.
And last: When I made my reservation through expedia, I saved the address of the hotel in expedia application map. It happened that the location of the hotel in the expedia application map was completely wrong... Actual location of the hotel is nearly 7 kms away to the north from the location shown in expedia map application.... I explained so in the front desk of the hotel when I finally arrived after nearly 1 hour looking for the hotel. The front desk personnel was very helpful and kind, as I already wrote and they took note of this to inform expedia about this mistake.
