日本人には向かないホテル

どうやら日本人には向かないホテルで、評価に困ってしまうほどです。 帰国前日の寝るだけの宿と言う理由で取りました。チェクアウトAM2:30 寂れたホテルを名前だけEcono Lodge とチエンホテルの仲間に入り 部屋のコンディションのまるでダメ。エアコンは効かず、シーツも前に泊まった宿泊のをそのまま使って、 新しいのに替えてませんでした。現地の方が泊まる安宿です。 入れ墨をした方達のご用達宿でした。

You get what you pay for. In the 50’s I bet this was an adorable little motel. These days, she’s showing her age a bit. The staff was excellent, though, so kudos to them for that. The shower smelled slightly like fish, the water almost got warm, and the stream sprayed in no fewer than 29 distinct directions, which, ironically is exactly how I prefer my showers. It was clean-ish. Old. Smelled a little funny and had a burn mark in the comforter. Other than that, though, the bed was comfortable and I needed a place to sleep. It wasn’t my normal type of choice but it was better than the airport floor. Barely.

O quarto, ok. A cama muito mole e o banheiro, estranho, sujo e muito pequeno. Apesar de falar que multa é que é proibido fumar, o quarto ao lado do nosso tinha uma pessoa que fumava muito e saindo e entrando no quarto sentíamos o cheiro bem forte. Os funcionários foram super solícitos em todos os momentos que precisamos.

There was minimal staffing. I thought I had lost my room key late at night (which I luckily found) but they had nobody working at the hotel during overnight hours. Had I had any issues nobody would have been able to help until the next morning. Also the bathroom and hotel itself was very run down besides the beds

During check-in, the front desk employee made physical copies of my government-issued ID and credit card. I was told this was due to fraud prevention, but the practice felt outdated and raised serious concerns about privacy and data security. No clear explanation was provided about how my personal information would be stored or protected. When I expressed my discomfort and asked about alternatives, the employee responded that I could “just go somewhere else,” despite the fact that bookings made through Hotels.com would still be charged. This response felt dismissive and unprofessional, leaving me feeling stuck and uncomfortable. While I understand the importance of fraud prevention, there are more modern and secure ways to handle this. The lack of transparency and poor customer service significantly impacted my experience.

Please do not let you family stay in this unclean, bed bugged infested motel. The pictures make it look ten times better than it really is. They were bed bugs, spiders on the bathroom window seal, and baby lizard on the bathroom floor, and the shower had not been cleaned out. I wish they would allow for me to post pictures. Do not make this booking. Find anywhere else to stay.

Hidden fees and the room overall was disappointing. The bathroom had molding it was holes in the wall. I really wanted to go else where but since my money was no refunding I had to eat that for the weekend. But I’ll never come back there again the water didn’t get hot smh epic fail

George , the staff is friendly, smooth check in. Unfortunately the hotel is too old and no maintenance, need remodeling, hairdryer, telephone all not working, the air conditioner is very loud, pool is unclean . Front office only open at 8am.

The pictures you have on web has nothing to do with property, the bed cover has hole the bed sheet is as thin as a piece of paper. The property doesn’t want you to smoke in the rooms but yet you have guests smoking marijuana outside your room. They’re is no working phone to contact from desk the hair dryer doesn’t work. My overall experience was non satisfactory I would definitely not return to it and I’m definitely surprise that your organization would be promoting such property.

The people at the hotel, threw my clothes in the trashcan and gave my room to somebody else and when I came back that night, I had to sit around all night long for about an hour or two to wait to the room to give me another room and to get my clothes out of the trashcan When they got my and I had missed my flight the trashcan they were soaking wet and they had to wash them. they did not give me no money back. They made me late to my appointment.
