Good enough for 1-2 night stay
It is good enough for a 1 or 2 night stay. The cleanliness could be better, but not unacceptable. The location is convenient and the hot breakfast was good! Close to many amenities; we also had dinner at the steakhouse right by the inn and it was delicious!

The walls are paper thin, in bed I could hear conversations clearly from the next room beside me. The front doors of the rooms are loud when they close so all night I kept waking up as the sound reverberates down the hallway with people returning late to their rooms. Staff was excellent and accommodating but the building is a cheap build. I don't recommend.

German Cockroaches
Comfort Inn - London No heater/air conditioner No fridge, table light burnt out, carpets not vacummumed even after room was made up, killed two German cockroaches. The first night one went behind the headboard and the next morning I found it and killed it the following morning there was another one in the shower which I caught and put into a clear cup. Curtains would not close properly on the windows. One dresser drawer would not shut flush against the cabinet and stuck out. Asked for another room which they did. 2nd room had a heater and air conditioner, a fridge but the carpets were dirty as well. I was in that room for three days and nobody came in to clean it. Over the course of the whole week, a room was only cleaned once. I was in London for my sister‘s cancer surgery and the condition of this hotel made things worse. This place is such a dive.

The place was desperately in need of housekeeping. The corridors were speckled with dirt and garbage all through the 2 night trip. The bathtub had definitely not been properly cleaned between customers. There was hair all along the wall and on the side. Only redeeming grace was the guy at the front desk. He was something good in this throughly run down establishment.

Staff were friendly and helpful. On check in was given a room with no fridge or microwave. Not what we had booked. Staff immediately moved us to another room. Both rooms the bathtubs were disgusting -old, badly marked, some kind of liner in the bottom with black marks around it and patched areas. Bed was clean and otherwise room was sufficient.

Neighbours were noisy from 7am till at least midnight. Children allowed to run up and down hallways, in and out of the room constantly and allowing door to slam closed. Property felt unsafe to me as a solo female traveller. People hanging out in the parking lot. Walked in the first night and someone was asking for security camera footage of their car getting broken into, not a great start. The room itself was good and clean, and breakfast was the normal breakfast fare.

The property is in dire need of an upgrade. The furniture is in terrible shape and needs replacing. Rooms were rather dark. Shower faucet knob was difficult to pull open. Breakfast was good. Repair request was quickly responded to. We stayed 5 nights.
