First time I seen this. Check with hotel at 12:30pm when room would be ready. They told me room is ready but wanted $50 as checking in is 2:30pm. What the hell is that? Well I wasn't going to give them the satisfaction to make extra $$$. Their trying to gouging or as front desk it's POLICY. The next morning I went for continental breakfast. What a joke. It was 6:30 am and just opened. No boiled eggs, no muffins, 1 yogurt, 1/2 a loaf of bread. It's was a shame. This been going on for a few months now. Elevator still down. Been a few weeks. I know this for a fact been staying there alot since May. Your probably saying alot of complaints your staying there. It's at good location for my appointments, most hotels in tbay full during summer.

We stayed for two nights. They did not clean the room and left the same towels for both days. We were on the third floor and there was no elevator.

The room was run down, floor felt wet, tub was old and porcelain was peeling off, black stuff on the mirror which I cleaned off as well black on the wall by the door just poor condition.

It’s not the Four Points!

This hotel leaves a great deal to be desired but it fits the need for a place to lay your head. If you’re looking for pristine cleanliness and ultimate comfort…this is not the place. One bed was smooth and comfortable the other was lumpy. One set of sheets was pure white the other had mystery stains. On quick view of the bathroom it was ‘cleanish’; once in the shower…not to much. Random ‘stuff’ on the walls and ample mold. If you want to sleep in past 6am, stay elsewhere. This is a transient hotel; folks are getting up and hitting the road. In the process; slamming of doors and talking in the hall way. I would possibly stay here again, only because of the price point.

Buy more food as running out

Room wasn't ready till 4 but heard washing machine is broken. Taken longer for housekeeping for laundry. Continental breakfast is terrible. For 2 mornings and hardly nothing there for foods. No muffins and it only been 1 hour started. Hardly no fruits. All they serve toast, bagel, apples and orange, boiled eggs. Some cereals, apple and orange juice. Too many cutbacks since May. Been here at least 10 times and less food, equipment breakdown and no replacement as they had pancakes before. This is not acceptable. If you can't keep the stock full then quit serving the continental breakfast

Over all run down, needs updating. Breakfast was not up to any hotel standards. Tenants were very helpful and friendly. I would not stay here again, there are other places.

Quite expensive for state of rooms

This hotel is in desperate need of a makeover. The tub in one room was badly chipped and the other bathroom door did not shut. Quite expensive for the state of the rooms.

You get what you pay for…..and this is over-priced

The room was dirty - think mattress cover with years worth of spilled coffee down the side. Lumpy mattress and holes the the blanket. Horrible smell. The elevator is broken and we were on the 3rd floor. I asked to be moved and was assured after the first night there would be another room for me and that I would get a phone call to have it all arranged. Needless to say I did not get a phone call and was in the same dirty, dingy room for three nights. 0/10 do not recommend.

Wanting breakfast. NOT.

The breakfast was not great 4 out of 6 days cereal was dry no milk for it. 2 days no hot water for tea or oatmeal. The juice dispenser was only water. And the four piece toaster only toasted two pieces at a time. But the overall cleanliness was good the staff was on top of things.
