Horrible experience. Hotel staff was basically nonexistent. Booked this room because of the ability to maybe use the kitchen. After the 108-dollar security deposit, they wanted another 100-dollar deposit to use the pots and pans in the room..... (no thanks). After I got upstairs to the room, I noticed there were a few forks and spoons left in the room so I went downstairs and asked for a single glass. The front desk staff told me it would be an ADDITIONAL 100 dollars for 1 glass..... Everything from room service, to getting towels, ect was on you to do it. They gave you a whole list of things that you couldn't leave in the room or trash in the hall way (because their staff was too lazy to pick it up) They'd charge you a 150.00 clean up fee. If you wanted towels, you'd have to take your own down to the laundry and ask the front desk staff for more towels. This was possibly the worst hotel I ever stayed in. (I book maybe 150 hotels per year). This is more of a bottom-of-the-barrel hotel, very section 8-ish and zero extras. Will never stay here again. Extremely disappointed. Our room smelled like mold and pee for 2 nights, and we finally found out why. The cleaning staff left dirty, wet towels in the shelves on the closet.
