Riviera Hotel, Beirut
I had stayed at this hotel 15 years ago. At that time, the service was very kind and employees were kind. Also there was a Japanese restaurant. However, I was disappointed this time. I asked the front to change my room to the one facing beach. They never cared about it. The restaurant was far from the building. When I went to the pool belonging to the hotel, they said no towel any more. And they never tried to find it. Very bad service! I noticed there are many other new and good hotels are build in Beirut. Next time, I will stay at more comfortable hotels.
