The property is located in a very accessible place. Lots of restaurants and other stores are in a walking distance. Very basic amenities.

Rates ( Rs 3000 per night) are quite high considering the location, type of hotel and ambience. The neighbourhood is really a concern. Staff is good and sensitive to customer issues. Rooms are small but clean. Bathroom are clean and spacious.Very Good if you are going to sleep in hotel only. proximity to railway station is added advantage.
Horrible stay, it did not have hot water, the AC was not working, the staff was not polite at all, this hotel is a scam, the rooms are covered with molds, really badly maintained, the linens were dirty

Coming from my previous bad experiences in Uttar Pradesh, It was surprising to find a good Hotel to stay in Allahabad. It should be a safe place to stay for a female traveler with in house decent food and well behaved staff, along with the proximity to major shops/medical stores etc. Devendra at the reception was extra nice and helpful, there are however certain things that the hotel can fix.
1. The shower slopes are not good a shower curtain should help.
2. Most travelers would not know on their own about the MCB that switches on the water heater.
3. The bell is super loud and my request to only knock was not respected.
4. Room service forgets to put towel/hand towel etc, special requests for early clean at 11am to 12 noon was not attended.
5. There seems to be a slight disconnect between the room service, reception and restaurant.
6. Restaurant is the worst offender like everywhere in UP, always check your food before eating for foreign objects,, even coffee. To top it up the restaurant head manager succeed (by frustrating me) to do a cover up, when i cancelled the coffee order. He was really unvarying in his efforts.
