This hotel is one of the best hotels in the city. Location is great because it is on the hill,we could enjoy the beautiful view with balloon and so on. And I’m not good at speaking English but the staffs always helps me with many things. Especially reservation department Ms.Ava is nice person. She answered all my questions and requests. Of course, this hotel is very clean and neat!

It was an amazing hotel. The staff were amazing especially Mustfa, Koray and Fatih. Thank you for all the help around the city and helping us with all the bookings.

Fantastic hotel, very beautiful setting, terrace is the perfect place for early morning balloon photos or sunset photos. Room was very clean and bed comfy, staff are friendly and helpful, breakfast was great

This hotel was just beautiful! The room was gorgeous and very different, as the rooms are cut into the rock. My room was spotless and very comfortable. Breakfast was incredible - it was really varied and very tasty, and lots of food was provided. There is a beautiful terrace to watch the balloons over Göreme in the morning and the views are honestly spectacular. The staff were also wonderful - extremely helpful and friendly, and were happy to help with booking tours and giving recommendations for places to eat/things to do. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

For months I was so excited to stay at this hotel, but ultimately ended up feeling extremely cheated and taken advantage of. About 1.5 weeks before my reservation, my flight was canceled due to COVID, and I had to reschedule. Immediately I tried to get in touch with the hotel, to see if I could change my reservation to the next week. I was more than willing to pay extra. For over a week, I couldn’t get in touch with anyone. When they ultimately got in contact, they told me that they would do nothing for me. That even though they had availability, I would have to pay full price for both reservations: the one I couldn’t make, and the new one. Maybe if you’re a Turkish resident, or you’re already in Turkey, this hotel could still be a good choice.. but if you may need any understanding in a time of uncertainty, I’d stay away. They will not work with you. So disappointing 😞

Overall, an excellent hotel & great experience. The cave suites, breakfast, & terrace view of Goreme were amazing. One minor recommendation to future visitors is that book your tours separately after reading reviews for the companies online. We booked our Red/Green tours & Hot Air balloon ride independently which were good but we thought we'd ask the hotel for advice about the sunset ATV tour. Unfortunately the tour with Oz Cappadocia that they booked for us was pretty bad.
