It’s a good place to stay for a few days. Only inconvenience is the cash deposit needed to complete your reservation. They have the option to use card but it is returned to you 3-5 business days. Which I did one time and learned to not use a card for deposit. Always use cash! They do not in fact return deposit to card as said. I had to call three different days to ask them for the refund. The beds and bedding are comfortable though.

$50 cash deposit required on check-in. Non-smoking room was reserved; smoking room was provided - with, of course, the obligatory holes burned into the bedspread, bad smell, etc. Cockroach in refrigerator. Tub had no stopper, so shower only. Bulbs missing in lamps.

Me sorprendió, el cuarto impecable, camas cómodas, todo funcionando, el ihop enfrente, después de muchas malas experiencias en otros hoteles del costo similiar sin duda me quedaría en este de nuevo.

Need more transparency
The biggest negative was that i was booked into a smoking room without me knowing it. I had to pay extra for the change in room. No way im putting my family in a smoking room. What if they had no rooms available? I hope hotels.com is more transparent with the conditions the rooms are being reserved.
