好立地で治安もよく観光に適していますが、レビューを読んで楽しみにしていたホットクッキーのサービスがなくちょっと残念でした。部屋にスリッパとバスローブがあるとさらによいと思いました。

チェックインの際に、焼きたてのクッキーをくださり、アットホームな出迎えにホッとしました。部屋はきれいで広く、日本ではなかなか体験できない広さを楽しみました。清潔できれいで、毎日とても快適に過ごさせていただきました。 場所はダウンタウンで、すぐに観光することができて、本当にとても便利です。またビクトリア再訪の折りには、滞在させていただきたいです。

The staff was extremely helpful and friendly. They made check in and check out very quick, easy and cared about your experience during your stay. The texting feature to staff is an extra bonus and suited our needs. The hotel has valet service only for a great price.

Excellent friendly fast checkin and valet service. Very comfortable bed. Unexpected room upgrade was a very nice touch.

It was a nice room. Would have liked some bottled water in the room. A drawer for clothes near the bed would have been nice. Pretty good overall. Hot breakfast would be nice No free parking. $22 for parking and valet.

This was our first visit to this hotel. We really enjoyed how quick and effortless the check in ,check out , parking and everything else was. We really appreciate these little touches

Great hotel, close to everything downtown. I would suggest bringing earplugs, depending on which room you receive. The room was clean, however the curtains were very dusty, so don't touch them if you have allergies, like I do. Everything else was great and we would definitely stay again.

All good but lighting is insufficient to read. No lamp beside single armchair which is crammed in the corner. Heating/air conditioning unit blows strongly to second queen bed by window disturbing sleep of that occupant.

Excellent location and great value. Rooms were plenty big, clean and comfortable.
