My recent stay at this hotel was far from pleasant. Upon arrival, I specifically requested a ground-floor room due to a back injury and difficulty walking long distances. The front desk assured me an elevator would make a higher floor accessible. However, I was assigned a room on the second floor, the furthest possible from the elevator.
The hotel claims to be smoke-free, yet the hallway constantly reeked of marijuana, which I reported. Inside the room, the lamp by the bed was broken, and the alarm clock's power outlet was loose and protruding from the wall. To add to the inconvenience, the ice machine was out of service. Ultimately, the hotel took no responsibility for these issues.
