My only complaint is that the caulking in the tub/shower was dark in some areas, which makes it look unclean. Everything else was clean and comfortable.

Declining hotel
The bed was extremely uncomfortable, very hard. The back support of the black desk chair was broken so didn’t sit on that. Iron in the room but no ironing board so that was a failure. When we arrived in the room I didn’t notice the window was left open over 4 inches. Although we had the heater on I didn’t check the window believing that it would have been shut. So obviously it was a very cold night. I have been a patron here numerous time and I can see the decline in this hotel.

Good, reasonable cost hotel in Boise
Good, clean and quiet hotel. It is not on the freeway but close enough. Near stores and close to airport and downtown. Staff are very helpful. Breakfast is good. We will stay there again.

The overall outward appearance of facility and grounds were good. The room overall was clean with the following exceptions 1. Office Chair arm rest was broken (picture provided) 2. Bathroom Shower stall had mold growing in a number of locations (picture provided). While I otherwise might have endorsed this facility, I cannot given the significance of health related concerns assoicated with the presence of mold.
