Upon arrival rooms were not ready : the booking through Hotels.com had not been considered. Once in our rooms we had to request for towels and soap.
The check-out was amazing and lasted almost 45 minutes : first the staff tried to cheat us by doubling the rates, which we solved by showing the Hotels.com booking. Second, they refused a payment by credit card. After negociation, we could pay by cheque.
However there are positive points : hotel premises and location are good, staff at the restaurant and the garden's bar was friendly and the food was good.
