場所は中心地から多少離れているものの、uberで10ドルくらいの距離です。 部屋の綺麗さ、サービスともによかったです。 チェックイン時にくれるクッキーは美味しかったですが、ディナーと朝食は、油っぽすぎてダメでした。 ただし、滞在全体としては満足です。

ボストンなので仕方がないが、駐車場一泊＄45は高すぎる！ ホテルはとても綺麗で部屋も広くて快適でした。サービスは至って普通。

The place was a bit away from downtown but very close to Harvard business school. Receptionist is very kind and helpful. The room was very big and tidy.

部屋がとても広くて綺麗。冷蔵庫、レンジ付きで子連れには滞在しやすいと思います。 パーキングがもう少し安いといいと思います。

when I called this hotel about an overcharge of my parking and upgrade fee, a woman who answered my phone asked me to call Expedia to get a refund(actually I booked from Hotels.com). I explained to her several times than it was Not a refund for my room reservation and it was a charge directly from the hotel, which was on the hotel's bill. She either didn't listen to me or totally incompetent to understand what I talked about. While she told me she would check with her manager and put me on hold, she transferred the phone call to Expedia!!! Even not Expedia service hotline. It was Expedia web technology surport line!! She was so competent in cheating and being irresponsible! I called again. another woman answered the phone. But she told me she would check her manager and other staff and put me on hold for 20 minutes and finally, a man answered the phone and removed the overcharge.
