Find somewhere else.
I visited Leeds for a business trip, booking two nights. On the first night we arrived to find the WiFi was not working, and no hot water. The house also smelled terribly of smoke, and the TV in the bedroom had a plug that couldn’t reach the socket. Communication with the operator was good at first and they said the house would be fumigated, but nothing was done and we had to make do with cold showers. The bathroom was clean, and the beds comfortable. Neighbourhood seemed a bit sketchy. No refund was offered.
