Nice night

My stay was for business. The hotel is located directly on 28th St close to anything you may need such as food, department stores, gas stations or anything else you could think of. The staff was busy on the phone when I arrived and he even took the time to pause his conversation and get me checked in because he knew it would continue to be lengthy. The one thing that I didn't enjoy was the ease of use of the television and working the local channels. Because of how cumbersome it was for me I found a channel I enjoyed and left it there.

Just okay

Was a pretty good stay, the room definitely had a musky smell to it and the hot tub and pool were pretty dirty. Hot tub jets definitely need a good flushing and cleaning - bubbles were dirty and black. Pool was full of hair and debris. There's an awesome waterslide but its haphazardly taped off with a sign the slide is permanently closed. Staff was very nice and helpeful, bed was really comfortable. 8/10

The staff was absolutely incredible! The lobby and bar are comfortable “hang out” spots, but I do wish the bar has been open a bit later. Overall the rooms were comfortable, but adjusting the thermostat was weird and the room took ages to cool down. The room was also quite dark, even with all of the lights on. The bed was comfortable.

extremely underwhelming

They are completely understaffed and it shows. Most of the staff interacted with were great, some were stressed and it showed with how they spoke to us and dismissed us. Housekeeping never came, TV and remote were not functional, bathroom was sooooo small, desk chair looked like it was pulled out of a dumpster, peeling wallpaper, and water damage on roof of shower. We called down and asked for more towels and extra pillows, we were told they would call us when they were available. After an hour, we called back down and they told us to just come and get them. We got pillows, but they gave us three bath mats instead of towels. At that point, it was late enough we just reused our towels from the day prior as they only gave us two small ones. Housekeeping never came the next day. The hotel restaurant did not have a chef two nights in a row, so we doordashed from outside place.

Would not book again

I booked two rooms for a family of 6 and it was not worth the money. For the 5 days that I booked they have never came to clean the room, or offer new towels. For each day booked they requested $50 security fee, so I had to pay $250 for each room. When booking multiple days, this is too much. The security deposit came back around 5 days after checking out the room. They do not offer breakfast and their pool smells too much like chlorine. Again, for the price, I do not think it's worth it, but overall it's an alright hotel. The chairs inside were all torn and the fridgeonly worked the last day of the stay. I hope they grow and learn from this. This hotel is not bad for a single day stay, or two- day stay, but not more than that.

My stay

The one thing I was really confused about was the lighting. Didn’t see many switches but had lamps. Bed was very good, shower was kinda smallish, I had sufficient space and it was a very sufficient place.

The worst experience.

This was a family trip for our kids to swim and it was absolutely disgusting. From the room to the pool, it was an absolute disgrace. The pool floor was covered in sunflower seeds and our room had obviously previously been a birthday party as old balloons and tape was everywhere. Would never stay again.

Never again

Horrible experience! Upon arrival desk clerk nowhere to be found. Waited 10 minutes to check in. Have us a pool side room We didn't ask for. Got woken up at 9 am by screaming kids in pool. 1st room neither door locks worked. Called Maintenance. Gone for the night. Security couldn't help.light by door wouldn't turn off. Security couldn't believe it.Hot tub filled with brown scum. Pool was cloudy with stuff floating in it.2nd room door didn't lock. Manager was busy on her cell phone and no help. Finely had to switch rooms at 12:30am. Next morning me desk Clem was nasty and didn't want to help. I came corporate and complained. Regional manage called me and apologized. We got upgraded room and they even moved us whole we were out. 3rd room was better but it was accessible (i use wheelchair) but bed was so tall i had hard time getting in it. I'm 4'10" and use a wheelchair. King bed was super hard. District manager tried to help but you can't change the past. I have pics but it won't let me load them

Decent for quick night sleep only.

You get what you paid for. It is cheaper than some of the other hotels in the area. The furniture needs to be replaced, the leather was peeling off the chair in the rooms, there were a number of chipped paint on the walls and even the tub had terrible scratches on it. In onenof the rooms we booked, the tub drained very slowly. Even the furniture in the lobby were worn out, again the leather were peeling off and made the brown chairs look like they had spots. No towels in the pool for the kids. Most likely not going back for another family stay.
