Room was tiny for two people. There were no space to put luggages. Blankets were very dirty, had blood and black spots all over. We asked to change it, staff brought another one that equally dirty. We wanted canceling the reservation and contacted Expedia‘s customer service, spend almost a hour but just wasting our time.We stayed 4nights, no cleaning service.
Humidifier filter was dirty. We asked to replace it. They brought another one.
There is no phone in the room to call front desk. We used sim card on our phones During our trip So impossible to
call or received.
