Everything was fine until we had to leave. The hotel offers valet parking. You text them when you want your vehicle. The request was sent 30 minutes prior to us checking out. When we went outside to get the car, no one was there. After waiting an additional 15 minutes, I went inside and asked if anyone was working valet? The manager called him to meet. When we went back outside, the valet exited his vehicle, which was right in front of where we were standing, where he had been sleeping. It took almost an hour total to retrieve the vehicle. At least we made it to the airport. $69 a night to park and your valet sleeps?? Unacceptable. All the manager said was, "I'm just the night manager. I'll tell the day manager." It was 5:30 a.m. Highly disappointed. I expect better from Wyndham.
