We spent 3 nights here. Location was good, but had really bad experience with housekeeping. Manager was not helpful and making excuses rather than to solve the problems.
Hotel really should re-do and improve the manager training in the near future. Also the room has serious noise problem, please fix it quickly or don’t sell the room.
When our cab dropped us off no one helped us with our bags so that was a bit of a shock with the price of the hotel. Check in was quick and they had our room ready early which was nice and changed my attitude. The check in associate was also very friendly.
Our room had a view of the building next door which was a letdown but was large and roomy for our family of three. Beds were comfortable but would have enjoyed at least a queen not a double bed for my husband and I. Bathroom was a great size.
They had complimentary bottled water in the lobby each night we returned which was nice.
Overall friendly service and cozy hotel with a convenient location to lots of activities.

Although short or stay was enjoyable. Wanted to join the Bonvoy benefit program and we told at check in that we would be but have received no notification
