Check in process is very slow, customer service is not frdly and didnt even know if I booked breakfast buffet or not. Didnt introduce any hotel facilities to me until I ask.

Appalling Zhuhai Marriott Hotel
The management and service of this hotel is appalling that reflects the inadequacy of training provided to the frontline staff of operation and F&B. Some of the examples include:
- Room dinning ended at 11 pm. The staff suggested us to try Meituan for food delivery. But such mobile app service does not work for tourist without local mobile no. The frontline staff refused to provided further help.
- Asked for spa booking telephone no., the hotel staff said they did not know becuase such service was not provided by the hotel. No further assistance provided.
- Order birthday cake at the hotel cake shop with written request to put a name on the birthday card. The staff forgot to do so and simply walked away without any apology and further assistance.
- Check in service was slow and unprofessional.
- Executive Lounge did not open on time at 10 am and no food was availble after 15 minutes late opening. The staff said the kitchen was late for delivery and then walked away without further assistance provided.
