C’était bien mais je trouve que le personnel manque d’hospitalité et ne parle pas du tout anglais donc je trouve ça dommage dommage car ça n’a pas été facile de communiquer lors de mon arrivée.

Overall, our stay is good, the room is clean and the breakfast buffet has very few options but is ok. But checking out was a disaster. When we headed down to the checkout counter, we were told to just leave the key and go. Because we had a 7,000RMB pre-authorization deposit, I asked for the bill. Turned out we were charged for my sister's room even though she booked on her own. ( we explicitly asked to not charge the two rooms together when checking in). Because my sister had left two days earlier and it took them a long time to figure that out. We spent more than 20 mins to sort this out and almost missed our train to Shanghai for our flight back to the states. Very unprofessional front desk staff.
