実際の部屋とサイトの写真が違いすぎる。エレベーターがないので、荷物が大きいと運ぶのが大変。シャワーの排水が詰まって流れなかったのが気持ち悪かった。掃除が毎日されていたのはよかったが、なぜかチェックアウトの前日はシャワールームの掃除がされていなくて気持ち悪かった。

ベッドは凹んでる シャワー自体は0.5平米以下 部屋は小さい 外の階段の隣の階段にホームレスが住んでいたっぽくて、ゴミが盛っていた 唯一評価できるのは地下の朝食。ホテルの他のところと比べてよかった。（普通だったけど）

便利な場所のレトロなホテル
地図が正確ではなく場所が分かりにくかったです。部屋の照明がつかず、苦情を言うと部屋をすぐに変えてくれました。レトロな建物ですが綺麗にリフォームしています。メトロの駅がすぐ近く大変便利です。おすすめです。

駅から歩いて5分、ベッドは寝やすい。枕がいいのかも。
パディントン駅前で移動には便利。ベッドも寝やすかったです。目の前が公園で、またハイドパークも歩いて10分もかからない。ホテルの位置はネットに書かれている位置とちょっと違うが海外ではよくあるのでこんなものか。

好立地な宿
パディントン駅に近いので、交通の便がいいです。周辺はレストランがたくさんあるので、食事には困りません。部屋のスペースはダブルベッドに占められていて、広いと言えませんでしたが、寝泊りだけだったので、苦にはなりませんでした。このダブルベッドの寝心地の良さは文句なしです。バスルームが不必要なほど広く、設備は新しく、掃除も行き届いていました。熱いお湯も問題なくでます。朝食はトーストを自分で焼けるのと、ポットに入ったコーヒー以外は温かいものはありませんでした。ロンドンのほとんどのホテルがそうですが、リフトはないので、階段ののぼりおりで体力がつきます。フロントの人はとても親切でした。早めに着いたのですが、荷物も預かってくれて、待合室では無料で紅茶が飲めました。部屋も通路も狭いホテルですが、掃除もきちんとされていて、交通に便利な宿です。

ホテル設備に難あり
あまりきつい事は書きたくないのですが。。。 私が泊まった部屋は３０２号室ですが、 まず、なぜかトイレが部屋の中に無く、 探した結果部屋を出て斜め向いのドアに ３０２号室のトイレがありました。 お風呂前後や夜中や寝起きにトイレに行く度に 部屋のキーを持ち、一応ある程度服装を着なければならず 面倒でした。 あと、クローゼットがコンセントやお風呂のスイッチの 関係か壁から取り外されており、微妙な位置に傾いて 立っており、風呂場のドアが完全に開きませんでした。 ベッドも底が抜けており、寝ると体がＶ字型なり、 電気ケトルも何回すすいでもお湯を沸かすと何かのカスが 無数に浮いてきて使い物になりませんでした。 あと、滞在二日目の夜はシャワーのお湯が出ず、 微妙な時間なので部屋の変更を言いづらく我慢しました。 ロンドン全般ですが、ホテルの内容のわりに金額が高く これならもうすこし出してでもちゃんとしたところに 泊まる方が良いと思いました。

３０２号室に泊まったが，専用トイレ"exclusive to Room 302"が廊下の向かいに会って驚いた。室内が狭かったので，仕方がないのだろうが少し不便だった。 シャワールームはピカピカで新しく使い勝手も良かったが，とても狭かった。 朝食は一般的なB&B並み。

Terrible disgusting filthy hotel- DO NOT STAY
Absolutely filthy, dirt, urine stains on bedding, urine smell in room. Revolting bathroom, dirt everywhere. Windows cracked and covered in dirt. Do not stay here. We had to find another hotel as it’s not fit for purpose. Images on the hotel advertisement are not for this hotel they are fake. Worst hotel I have ever seen.

Filthy, Disgusting - Sleep at the station
I had the misfortune of booking this hotel for a recent trip to London (Dec 2024). Arriving in London at 1:30AM myself and my husband traveled over to the hotel. As we opened the door to head to the reception desk we were greeted by dated and run down interior and a carpet that was threadbare and filthy. The reception desk was not much better, held together with duct tape, filthy yellow walls and a receptionist that was slouched in a chair in a shirt that was a filthy grey/yellow colour (I can only assume if it had seen a washing machine this year it would have been white). On giving my name the receptionist threw a key at me and asked me to 'check the room before payment was taken' to which I asked 'what exactly am I checking for!'. I went down to the room which was accessed via a stairwell in the cupboard under the stairs to the basement level (which to be honest was more reminiscent of a dungeon). On entering the room the walls were covered in black mold, the bedding was filthy and there were a number of large bugs running around the floor of the room. I left the room immediately and told the receptionist that I was not willing to stay in that room. To which he replied, 'I don't have any other rooms but you won't be charged'. Myself and my husband then left and found alternative accommodation. You would think that would have been the end of my experience with this 'hotel'! However they charged my card the full amount and when I phoned them they refused a refund.

Don’t stay here!
The rooms were tiny, run down with windows that did not close, the room smelled, it was in poor decorative order, there was a water pump or something in the room which kept coming on during the night, the rooms were on the 4th floor with steep narrow and winding stairs to them, really difficult to carry your bags upstairs.

Awful! Do not stay here!
There was a mouse in a room and the reception guy made me help him try catch it. After 5 failed attempts he finally had another room for us to stay. No mouse to be seen but the bathroom was a health hazard. Only ventilation was an open hole to outside and every surface had black mould on it. The silicon lining in the shower cubical was black with mould. The drain hole was broken. The shower stuck out an unfinished and open hole in the wall. The sink over filled. The whole bath smelled disgusting too. Bed was comfy enough. Only one available plug point in the room. The tv didn't work. Skirting boards hanging off the walls. The windows were terrible for noise pollution also and you could feel the room vibrant when an underground train left Paddington station

Bad
Stayed for 2 nights. Garbage bags outside hotel front door, run down reception, extremely narrow staircase up to rooms - difficult unless you are travelling lightly. Broken tiles in bathroom with dust in corners. Mold in the cupboard under the sink. Very small bed for two people. Carpet in the room was uneven and squeeks. Could listen to conversations between our neighbouring rooms.The fire alarm went off in the hotel both nights at 3-4AM for about 10 seconds before switching off. No idea why. Hotel front door was locked at 10PM even though the notice on the door says it was closed from after midnight, and the doorbell it says to ring didnt seem to work properly. Not staying here again!
