I did not receive the 24- hour advance check in information until 2 hours after check- in time. I started contacting the owner/manager 2 weeks in advance to confirm the rental. I contacted the owner/manager via text message, email, and Expedia portal via the contact information provided on the confirmation receipt. Due to the lack of communication i was forced to find another rental unit at the last minute. Fortunately, i did.
