Lack of priorities
My stay good and the location was convenient. I had a negative encounter with a male staff member that verbally accosted me for taking a tea bag that was behind a counter at the coffee station. He was busy chatting up a young female staff member at the time, but when he saw me get the tea bag (which should have been accessible to guests), he went into ballistic mode and starting yelling from the front desk area as if I were trying to steal something. Clearly, Marriott needs to do some sensitivity/customer service training at this location. Maybe he should have been more concerned with how the coffee bar was set up then chatting up the young female employee.
