ALL 48 of us had one issues or the other we got the wrong room. Dusty and dirty bathroom the show head was broken there was a leaking AC vent in our closet the dinner at the reception was cold the mix drink was a disaster stick to beers and wine

Horrible service and property
We stayed at the lifestyle tropical resort from 25 Jan to 8 Feb. We arrived to the resort and We were given a room that was unacceptable. These are the reasons it was unacceptable: no shower door, shower glass cracked, shower control broken, bug in the bathroom, bathroom not clean, couch broke when I sat on it, the room not clean, tv outdated with no option for streaming, extremely dusty, very noisy surroundings, and no WiFi. I reported the issues the same night and I was told to return in the morning. I contacted hotels.com and they assisted. The next day I was told I would get another room and I explained I wasn’t going to get a room on the same level because I would check out. We were given a new room up to the standards of daily living. Then I was told the WiFi wasn’t available because the technician was working on it. After a day or so, we were locked out of our room. I reported to the customer service desk and there was no reason why our keys didn’t work. Next the WiFi was available for purchase but it wasn’t explained that it will only work for one device for the price. And you cannot share as a hotspot. This wasn’t explained early on or in the description online. Therefore it wasn’t available as described. Then we were locked out of the room again the next week and we were told it was because someone programmed the key wrong. Throughout the stay there was very little hot water in the shower and at times the water was shut off. The service was horrible. Do not stay!

En general la experiencia no fue agradable dado que la infraestructura de las habitaciones es antigua, los baños no estan en buenas condiciones. Las areas conunes, ya sea piscina, buffet y restaurant tematicos son buenos y la atencion del personal es buena. Si es que piensan invertir sus vacaciones en el lugar recomendaria averiguar mejor antes de reservar

Disappointed! Hotel in desperate need of repairs.
First-time visit to an “All Inclusive Resort” in the Dominican Republic. Paid for 5 nights through Hotels.com. - Disappointed with the service and quality for the price. The resort needs significant repairs and maintenance. Negative experiences: - - “Beachfront View” room (Room 4101) was barely visible. - - Moldy bathroom with a broken handle, missing hot water, and a leaking toilet. - - Invisible mosquito infestation with numerous red spots on my body. - - Lack of dance floors, forcing me to visit an exterior nightclub and bar. - - The Michael Jackson show was entertaining but a bit boring (many people left mid-show, but the magic show was better. - - Ambiguous explanations for the “All Inclusive” concept, with staff unable to provide clear information about upgrades or included amenities. Positive aspects: - - Large, clean pool with a bar. - - Clean beach. - - Quiet atmosphere. - - Friendly staff, including security and buffet team. - - Daily variety of delicious food. - - Freely roaming peacocks. Overall, it’s a suitable place for a family vacation, but don’t expect much beyond a basic pool and food. Be cautious about the pricing for an “OKAY” all-inclusive resort. For me is listed on a one time experience but not to be back.

Not for older people or with mobility issues!
Due to remodeling of main lobby they have everyone checking in and out at a big tent, very hot and not enough seating! This hotel is extremely uncomfortable for people with mobility issues and for older adults; very few ramps, too many stairs/steps! The service is overall good!!

Lifestyle needs to improve the rooms that they sell on Expedia regardless membership status . They gave us a bad room with dirty sheets outdated shower.They do not fumigate and there was a lot of mosquitoes in the balcony . I believe that member and non club member should have similar privileges.This place was much better 3 years ago. From a scale of 1-10 (4/10).

Would not ever stay here again. Room was ok with a good ac and ceiling game. Our entire group of 12 did not have hot water the entire week we were there. Staff would say it will be fixed and nothing ever was done to resolve the problem. Stay speaks very little English. Room phone did work at all or would be so much static to talk. In this case cheap price isn’t worth it.

Worst experience ever
My first room when Check in we was welcome pest in the room walking around the floor roaches everywhere in the bathroom and living area. They change my room gave me a new room around 7:30pm at night During my room switch I left my fiancé at the downstairs buffet to go move the luggage’s and comeback to the restaurant Casablanca During the process me and my fiancé got loss without her knowledge of the new room number she was lost and no way of contacting me Hotel staff was not helpful at all they kept pointing my fiancé to dark area when she ask where is the front seat had her wondering around the property loss During her walking and me trying to find her they was a blackout the place went totally dark My fiancé started crying in the phone with me I went to reception to help me find her To call security they denied my request it can be language barrier some staff spoke English I told the hotel reception to find her they was worrying about me yelling at them to find my fiancé they wanted to arrest me because I’m yelling if wasn’t when the light came on and my fiancé walking around the corner I said there she goes She was emotional she said to them if my fiancé say I’m lost why nobody looking for me why you more worried that your staff is trying to arrest my fiancé on our first day here when you guys mess up They all money hungry because they wanted my fiancé to pay for them to release him for nothing It was my fiancé birthday that’s why we even went
