Our stay here was a happy accident. My family had booked our trip a few months ago and had booked at a Hilton property. They called us a week before our trip to tell us that they had doubled booked us and had to cancel our reservation. Luckily, Wyndham had a space open for our group in the room size and budget we needed, so we booked it.
From the moment we arrived, we had the best service. Anthony was at the front desk for most of our trip. He was so friendly and helpful. The rest of the front desk staff members were, too. The rooms were tidy and spotless. It's an older building, so there are some things you notice here and there that are older, but the remodeled rooms are very nice, the beds were comfortable, and we wanted for nothing. The in-room refridgerators and microwaves are a great help with kiddos, not to mention the quick and easy walk to CVS and Walgreens for snacks.
As for the walk to the parks, it is quick and easy. It takes maybe 10 minutes from the hotel to the security check. I prefer the walk on the Harbor Blvd side, because the sidewalk is straight and the entrance is easier. When you are trying to keep little legs fresh, every step counts!
I will definitely stay there again, and will not be staying at any Hilton properties in the future.
