We went with privilege huge mistake. at check in was told they would decorate our room with a bottle of wine for my wife bday . it's didn't happen. finding top shelf drinks is a hassle. asked staff for a towel was told i'd have to walk to other side get. during check was told they would be up to get bags never showed up. Now this by no means took away from our trip we had a blast. in my opinion the resort needs two thing, more places to get drink and hearing no we don't have that. The 2nd comes down to ppl that come to the resort to relax and let loose meet ppl from places you've never been talk to ppl you would never in everyday. it will enhance the feeling of everyone being vacation.

I stayed here for a few days and because of two incidents, I will never return here. The first incident was when I had someone walk into my hotel room while my cousin and I were sleeping at 1:30 am. They came in and cut on all the lights and left when they saw it was people in the room. Minutes later we got a phone call from reception apologizing but no offering of how they can amend this or if they will escalate the matter to the manager. The same morning I went to file an incident report and the manager was not accommodating at all. He tried offering a basic beach dinner to resolve the matter but we never received the dinner which led to incident #2.
The second incident resulted in a failed beach dinner that ended up being in a restaurant that we already had access to. There was a prefix menu and I notified the worker taking my order that I had a shellfish allergy. When I received my chicken, there was shrimp in the chicken. The manager once again did not do anything and failed to rectify this matter.
I was truly disappointed with the service which overshadowed the resort's beauty, therefore I have nothing nice to say about it.

We paid for three ocean view junior suites and only one of these rooms was ocean view. After notifying the front desk they said they could move the other two rooms to the appropriate room category the next day. We had an all day excursion the following day, which we told the manager about and he assured us our rooms would be ready upon us returning from the excursions. We returned at around 6:30pm and no one had even began to work on moving our rooms to the proper room category. After calling and coming to the front desk multiple times we finally were moved into what we thought would be ocean view rooms, and they were not, after 10pm. Huge waste of time and very frustrating. We were also not refunded the difference in room category for these two rooms. My son and his girlfriend had no towels for two days, despite calling multiple times each day. The front desk stopped answering his calls. The worst part of this experience was the extremely rude staff we encountered everyday. The worst being the young lady checking my daughter and her boyfriend out. She asked me why I was standing with my daughter at check out. It was completely uncalled for and I told her she was extremely rude.

Paid for an ocean view room and was placed in a garden view room. After notifying staff they offered to have us move rooms the next day. After coming to the desk multiple times the next evening, because the room was repeatedly not ready, we finally got moved to another garden view room at almost 10 pm. Such a waste of time. We were not compensated for the difference in room category either. Also, the majority of the staff at this resort is terribly rude. Upon checkout the young lady checking us out was extremely rude to my mom. I would not visit this resort ever again and would not recommend it to family or friends.

Paid extra for the butler service, stayed for 4 days and never seen my butler. Made multiple complaints and still no butler. Staff was rude and inappropriate. All the perks I paid extra for wasn’t advertised to me or they didn’t have it. Went to celebrate my birthday told them months prior and even at check in the staff said they have the birthday sash on my door. NEVER happened. Need a reservation for majority of the restaurant that was always booked. Staff didn’t explain that well either.

Beautiful hotel and beautiful peoples ❤️
Cleaning rooms, good food, big pool, cool drinks, amazing shows at night time(special the Cuban group dancers)
In general i love this hotel... the only negative i have to say is about the beach, there is a lot of rocks but we always found the best area to go swimming
In general I like everything
I would love to renter again.
