Hopefully after renovation its worth the price
Although they said after we got there oh by the way we are under renovation i don't think there should have been physical holes in our room. It said it was non smoking but the whole floor smelled awful and our room was no better. Customer service was amazing when we got there very late at night. I definitely felt like the price did not match the attire

Not all LaQuintas are created equal. This place needs a heavy duty makeover. Dirty and run down. Breakfast was less than mediocre. We love staying at others LaQuintas but this was a huge disappointment

Lack of Maintenance is killing this hotel.
They are letting this property degrade. It’s dirty, every rug needs replacing. In our room, the bathroom’s main light was out. I can no longer recommend this hotel.

We checked in to room 411, dropped off our things, freshened up in the bathroom and went to dinner. We returned about 3 hours later. Turned on the lights and noticed several small bugs on the walls and one crawl across the bed. Then I spotted 2 large cockroaches run beside and under the bed and one crawl across the bathroom floor. We immediately gathered our things, went to front desk, told him what was wrong and asked for a refund. He said he couldn’t do that because I booked through 3rd party (Expedia) and that I would have to talk to the manager the next day. He offered another room and said maybe someone had “carried them in”. It was late and we were tired so we took room on another floor (611). We checked everything we could in that room and saw no bugs. This room did have clean bed and towels and bed was comfortable. But carpets in whole hotel are old and dirty looking, elevator is dirty, lobby and breakfast area are nice, grass outside needs mowed and some landscaping done - just definitely needs tlc. When we checked out my husband told young man at front desk they definitely need to have exterminator come before they are infested if not already. He said he had made note of it. I have attempted to call management twice on different days and both times they were not there and not sure when they would be there.

We entered the room and the carpet was torn and stained. The matress was worn and was sagging in the center. It appeared pretty old to be in that condition. We did not stay. We checked out immediately, got a refund and went to a nearby hotel.

A/C could not be controlled - buttons were broken that would raise/lower temperature or control fan speed. Room was good with amenities but room needs overall update. Breakfast was good for this quality hotel.

Walking in it looks like they fired their landscaper weeks ago. Weeds everywhere. All plants overgrown. All trash full. Stucco falling off the sides of the building. All windows fogged. Mold on the stucco. Wood trim falling off. Stains everywhere. Inside the carpet was disgusting with a combination of bleach spots and dirt stains. Our room smelled like mold. It looked like dark Tabacco spit on the wall by our bed. The desk by the bed and dresser were both broken. Wallpaper coming off the walls in the hallway. Drain in shower broken. Hot tub not working. Gazebo wrapped in caution tape. Missing pavers around the pool you could easily trip over. The handicap chair to go into the pool had a broken remote - only the exposed circuit board was attached to the cord. Dog pee in the elevator. I understand it’s a value hotel but this was sever neglect.

Los empleados son muy amables, pero la habitación no se ve con buen mantenimiento, las paredes y puertas están sucias, la cortina de la ventana estaba rota, se veía horrible la habitación, las alfombras sucias, la llave no abría las puertas de entrada para el exterior, la única cosa que me gusto fue la piscina, no regresaría a este Hotel
