The room was pretty and the service of the staffs was great until the day of check out. After check out, we had our luggage kept at the hotel and left for touring around. When we came back, we took our luggage and left for the parking space down stairs. The guy there told us that we’d have to pay car tax by cash but we didn’t have it so he told us to go upstairs to the reception to get an exchange so I did. But it ended up that the reception cannot do an exchange. The lady at the reception was super unfriendly, did not try to help in any other way and instead kept saying I can’t help you. I felt very uncomfortable. The hotel is great but service should improve for some of the employees.
