I used it for a 6 day stay. There was a problem with the card key sensor, but it was resolved immediately. Housekeeping varies from person to person and the one on the last day was great.
I’ve been a Hilton Honors Member since 1998 and I’m shocked that the Millennial has such sub par service.
Clearly does not measure up to the Hilton brand name
I had 3 rooms with 4 different employees staying there for almost 3 weeks and they all agreed that the service from start to end was a major disappointment.
This is very surprising considering that they are across the street from the United Nations building.
On several other occasions, I asked to speak with a Manager at the Concierge and was told that none was working after 5pm

Not as booked or advertised
Hotel was advertised as having parking included. Parking was not included, valet was 100 a day. Street parking was very minimal. I booked a room with double beds and was given a king bed and told no other rooms available. Keys did not work when first given, had to be reset.
