Expedia was not booked at check-in and was expelled from the hotel before confirmation. Despite being asked to confirm with the Expedia Secretariat, he was forced to leave.
I was at a loss and started to call myself to find a new accommodation. Ten minutes later, the hotel man told me to prepare another accommodation.
I inevitably stayed in another room for 6 nights, but I was charged Rome city tax on the first day and paid 37 euros in a lump sum. It was firmly insisted that there was no obligation to reimburse, and it was taken away. It was a hotel where money would be caught if a receipt for money was not made. □ I believe that I trust the Expedia is bad.
チェックイン時にエクスペデイアの予約がされていないと確認前にホテルから追い出された。エクスペデイア事務局へ確認を求めたにもかかわらず強制退出でした。
途方に暮れ、新たな宿泊先を自身で探そうと電話を始め、10分後に私に先ほどのホテルマンが、別の宿泊先を用意する話をしにきた。
やむをえず6泊を別の部屋で泊まったが、さらに初日にローマ市税を請求され、37ユーロを一時金で納めたが、チェックオウト時にホテルマンから27ユーロしか受け取っていない、差額9ユーロの返金する義務は一切ないと強固に主張され収奪された。 金品受取書を作らないと金を獲られてしまうホテルであった。 エクスペデイアを信用した私が悪いと反省しています。
