Got a problem with check-in. The receptionist confuse with my reservation. Wifi is really bad in my room. Never getting any connection.

Went there to check in and was told that I only booked 1 room while in actual I booked 4 rooms in total. Staff took about 1 hour+ to solve the problem. Asked for my proof of payment, and date when I place my booking. Expedia really need to improve the app to make it easier for customer to show proof of booking or payment to hotel.
