Very new hotel
It is newly opened, hence, the room was very clean and new. If you do not speak Indonesian, rather not to stay this hotel. No one speaks English, only short words. I had asked to pick us up to the airport by email 3 times, but received no response from them, tried to call them, but no one had responded my call even though I tried couple of times. The hotel is new, taxi drivers do not know the location of the hotel, therefore, they tried to call receptions. No one picked up the phone, when we reached to the hotel, the stuff told us they all were at the kitchen area with smiles. I understand that stuffs are very gentle and kind, but too ignorant how to behave to customers. They all need to be trained professionals. The breakfast was the poorest breakfast I have ever taken at the hotels of 4 stars. They do not have room service or restaurants, even though its location is far from center of Nusa Dua Area. We had serious problem of taking dinner.
