I liked my staying at the hotel. The staff were super kind and attentive. Room service was amazing. Though, I consider the gym area should be improved. There was no AC and the machines were not working. I paid for a sea view, and I was not able to open the window nor see, due to the window was dirty.

Extremely clean and roomy. AC turns off when you’re not in room, but is quick to cool down. Pool area isn’t all that great, but their staff (especially Brianda), was extremely attentive. Food/ drinks are pricy, not a good good selection.

Desafortunadamente a nuestra llegada nos informan que la piscina está fuera de servicio pero que nos darían pases y transporte para otra, al momento de solicitarlo ya no se podía y había varios huéspedes molestos con el mismo tema, el mantenimiento general del edificio estaba mal, la fachada terrible (aunque estaban trabajando en ella) la habitación tenia detalles en la puerta del baño (no se mantiene cerrada y puede chocar al momento de abrir la puerta de acceso al baño), el seguro de pasador de la puerta principal le faltaba una pieza, la ventana con vista al mar tenía suciedad de hace tiempo y el edredón tenía manchas dando la apariencia de estar sucio. La atención del personal es buena y comprendo que no es algo que está en sus manos. Por último de todas las opciones que ví en la pagina Hoteles.com decidí Hilton confiando en la cadena aun cuando había otros con menor precio.

La estancia en general buena, sin embargo tuve problemas con la asignación de habitaciones. Por otro lado el precio de la habitación con vista al mar no esta justificada, ya que los cristales están manchados de tal forma que la vista al mar es muy limitada. Referente a la ropa, una de las colchas estaba rasgada. Las toallas percudidas y con hongo en el baño.
