I have stayed with my mum 5 nights in Barcelona city hotel as you can see from my account, from 22nd to 27th April. I would like to officially let you know that im requesting FULL refund FOR ONE night, since it is not acceptable what has happened. We were accomodated in room 206 which is facing the street the first night, since this hotel does not have double glazing it was impossible to sleep during night since so following morning we requested to move to room facing yard and reception was helpful and move us to room 208. However in room 208 was a drunk man every night who would not let us sleep since he was so drunk and did not remember his digital entry code to open his door and made a huge mess at 2am in the morning, we could not sleep cause later he broke his beer glasses. This was happening 2 nights and after the first night i made a complain, reception spoke to him however did not do anything else, not relocated him neither us so the another night was the same problem. After that night i asked for full refund for the seconf night, they spoke to manager and he said it must be done via hotels.com and that you will get in touch with them. Please sort this as soon as possible and I will expect refund and your response as soon as possible.
