I have traveled a lot, and have basic expectations. First, I could find no information about the hotel. Is breakfast available. If so, what hours? Is there a charge? The QR code took me to a general Hilton page, not one for this facility.
There was a problem with the front door not opening. I saw a guest with a suitcase unable to get into the building. There was no sign warning of the problem, but more importantly, no staff there to help her. I helped her in a side door using my room key.
My room was not made up for our second night. Beds were still unmade, linens were not refreshed.
