It's well located (near a subway stop), has very helpful staff, and has a stove, with pots and utensils, a small fridge, heating and a/c, a safe. The problems I encountered was that the outdoor (on the balcony) compressor for the heating/a/c unit wouldn't turn off when the unit was not on. There a bit of a noise level that some people would find irritating (footsteps heard from above). The hot water is not steady, and although there's wifi, the signal is very weak (at least on the upper floors). For the price,it's quite decent, and it's situated in a very nice part of town.
