Confortável e excelente localização
Camas e roupas de cama super confortáveis . Quarto muito limpo . Atendimento do recepção e camareiras muito bom. Atendimento do rapaz do bar a noite que trabalha a noite já nem tanto , como estava próximo às 22:00hrs nos atendeu super mal e pasmem só queríamos uma água com gás , foi grosseiro e falou que não tinha mais copo e devido ao horário iria vender somente para consumir no quarto , até aí tudo bem mas fomos mal atendidos com sua má educação.

Air conditioning has been a problem in the rooms at both propertys. This one in santiago and the one in Vina del mar. Not sure why but its uncomfortable to sleep with the room temperature being 24-25c. What i dont understand is the ac works in all the common areas. Maintenance tried to fix but no sucess.

The hotel is under renovation which means drilling, buzzing and all sorts from 9am-6pm. The wifi is super poor also in the rooms.
The biggest problem is the front desk staff. They must realize that renovations on site are not pleasant for any guest but they have zero empathy. Their response is - just deal with it. That's fine but you are in a customer service role. Show some empathy, kindness and consideration. Guests are still paying to stay at the hotel.
A drunk group woke us up at 2am. The reception did not answer the phone. They partied and made noise for a good amount of time.
Would not recommend this hotel until they finish renovations.
