The room is really poor at soundproofing.... How come this place is a 4-star hotel... it's just an old building with bad insulation and you have to suffer the loud music with building shacking during the night and waken up by dog barking and speeding cars on the street. don't recommend this place at all....

Imagine if an old hotel was made retro by some Gen Z-ers and you have ARRIVE. It’s cute and kitschy. Comfortable and quiet. There was a baby in the room next door and we didn’t hear a peep. My only complaints are that they wouldn’t serve my 21-yr-old daughter a cocktail in the bar (because her ID was vertical though she turned 21 8 months ago) and the bed is maiming. The corner of the bed frame sticks out enough for both my daughter and I to get bruises just walking by it. They might want to look into that.

Hotel was nicely redone and staff was friendly. Hotel seemed like a good location (was only there for a quick stop and didn’t get to explore the area). Would note that the sound wasn’t great, on a main drag and heard cars and people all night. In the morning woken up by dogs in the park/farmers market. They do give ear plugs but for those sensitive to sound, wanted to call out.

Fast ballgame weekend

Came for a weekend ball game and thoroughly enjoyed the stay and hotel. Very clean, well decorated and in a prime location to see all the vintage car scene on Sundays. Food and pool were amazing, nothing but good things to say about hotel staff, room decor, bathroom, and bed. All was great. Loved the restaurant and patio areas.

This was our first time staying at the Arrive in Albuquerque. The room was a perfect stay for our stay-cation. Service at the bar, for food and house keeping were slow (30 minutes to get two bath towels), but the staff was very friendly.

Comfy..with drawbacks

The good.. very comfortable bed plush/soft but not too soft.. one of the best night sleep we have had in a hotel. Clean updated rooms with no offensive smells and I’m very sensitive. Extremely quiet with blackouts curtains. The not so good Parking limited unless you pay $25 up charge. Double room was tight and hard to move around in. Refrigerator is stocked full of up charge items so not useful if you have your own stuff to put in it and there is no freezer. Or microwave. Park across street has many homeless ppl sleeping in it. But we parked along the park and no one bothered our truck. No commentary coffee in room or lobby.. which is kinda a big deal for us.. it’s the simple things.

I really enjoyed my stay! The hotel room was clean, well-kept, and very comfortable—perfect for a relaxing visit. The bed was cozy, and the overall setup made it easy to unwind after a long day. I appreciated the attention to cleanliness and how everything felt fresh and in order upon arrival. A couple of things for future guests to note: the restroom door didn’t have a lock, which might be inconvenient depending on who you’re traveling with, and the shower didn’t have a door or curtain, which can lead to water splashing outside the shower area. Also, the entrances to the rooms are from the outside rather than an interior hallway, which some guests may want to be aware of for comfort or security preferences. That said, none of these were dealbreakers for me, and I still had a pleasant experience. The hotel delivered on cleanliness, convenience, and comfort, and I had no issues during my stay. I’d definitely consider staying again!

Not the new diamond in the rough we thought.

Very clean and obviously newly renovated rooms are small and still have remnants of the old doors to the outside hotel that it was. Plenty of space where weather stripping and threshold meet the doo and can’t imagine how cold that would be in winter! Service average. Never delivered to room the towels asked for but said they would. Right on a main down Albuquerque street and very noisy. Valet Parking a must or you are parking on a downtown street and hoping your car is there in the morning. By the time you pay for room and parking you could stay at a better hotel.
