Booked reservation online, arrived for check in clerk at desk had issues checking us in, computers were not working, had to take information 3 times. Simple check in should’ve been 5 min was 20 minutes.
Smell when you first walk in was terrible - consider air fresheners or a good clean.
Ice machine on our floor wasn’t working. Hotel wasn’t busy and it was loud with the few people booked in.
Bathroom was a disaster, shower/bath had dirty marks, ceiling in bathroom peeling.

Bed looked like it was thrown together, bed skirt was half off the bed.
Room heat didn’t work we had to turn up to 80 to feel a bit of warmth.
Tv was unplugged from the tv and the cord was dropped behind the cabinet.
We were told half the amenities were not functioning until further notice (ie hot tub).
We booked her because we always have great service and experience but this is not a hotel we’d book again, especially for the price we paid and found out not all amenities were available.
Truly disappointed - this isn’t an 8-8.5 star, we’d give it a 5 if that.
