We arrived on a late flight in the early hours of the morning with our two young children. While the check-in process was smooth, the walk to our room was quite challenging. The signage leading to the lifts was poor, and it took us about 10 minutes to navigate the long corridors.
Upon entering the room, it initially appeared nice; however, we quickly noticed the interconnecting door to the adjacent room, which made us feel uneasy about safety with our little ones. To add to our discomfort, the bed was broken on one side, which we discovered after a long day of travel.
Given the early hour and the exhaustion of our children, we felt it wasn’t the right time to request a room change or raise our concerns. When we spoke to the front desk upon checkout, they didn’t seem particularly concerned about our experience, although they did offer to connect us with a manager.
Additionally, the parking fees were excessive—€44 for just 10 hours. Overall, our stay was disappointing, and we expected better considering the circumstances.
