"Our stay at Hilton Beijing was outstanding. The hotel’s location is excellent, very close to the Forbidden City, safe and convenient. What truly made our experience special was the staff – always attentive, professional, and ready to assist. In particular, Mason provided exceptional service: he was very polite, friendly, and very helpful, arranging a taxi for us and ensuring the driver knew exactly where to take us. Thanks to his kindness and professionalism, my son and I felt completely supported throughout our stay. We are deeply grateful and highly recommend Hilton Beijing."
"This hotel is modern and clean, the rooms are spacious and it is located in a building with many dining options. The staff I met english was limited, but nevertheless was helpful. It is located about 5 minutes walk from the subway station and other transport options are close by and it is walking distance from shopping and dining options, also less that 5 minutes walk from the railway station"
