The hotel is located near Tokyo Station with easy access through the underpass. The staff are friendly and helpful. The room was tidy and spacious. The bathroom was also very neat and spacious. Even though the room was facing toward the station it wasn’t too loud. There were good options for electrical outlets in the room with type B, usb, usb-c outlets. The hotel overall has a very luxurious feel and has very elegant interior. I warmly recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again in the future!

Loved the fact so many delightful little touches had been thought about. Made our first night in Tokyo very special indeed. The absolute relief when the kind girl at reception offered immediately to look after it snowboard bag was huge! The breakfast the following day was equally wonderful and the staff and place all made us wish we were staying longer.
