Great Hotel in great location
Nice, spotlessly clean hotel with friendly staff. Great location in the Northern Quarter with plenty of bars and eateries. Hotel bar also nice. Only marked down 1 star as bed was a bit hard.

Nice hotel, well located with decent parking nearby. Staff generally very friendly and service was good. Reception staff need to be more aware of customers waiting at the bar (look up not down when passing!) but otherwise they were very friendly and welcoming. Room comfortable, clean and well equipped. One night stay for trip to the AO, would use again for a city break.

Friendly staff at the front desk and in the restaurant/bar. They upgraded our room free of charge, which was a surprise! The room and bathroom were clean with all toiletries. It was a bit chilly though as we just couldn’t get the heating to work no matter how much we played around with the thermostat (I’ve removed a star for this). The location is great - just a few minutes from the city centre, tram stops, and Piccadilly Station. Breakfast was great. I thought it would’ve been just continental but they had some cooked food too - scrambled eggs, beans, bacon - which I really appreciated after a long night out in the city. Also tried the cocktails and other food, which were good. Overall, pleasant experience and I’d stay again.

Avoid the front desk!
The front desk experience was less than amazing, especially the gentleman that checked us in was a complete disgrace to your brand. We arrived earlier than expected. Fully understanding that we cannot get checked in. Was hopeful that we would be offered to check our bags and then we would come back later to finalize the room check in. Instead we got met with. It’s too early. Unsure what you were thinking. Unreal and was appalled. We asked a different agent who allowed us to check our bag and took our number so that we could be reached if something opened up. The other agent glared and shrug us off. Beyond upset. Most encounters from that point forward got better. Until he showed back up to work the next day. Met with the same attitude and stand offish ness from said individual. Will not go back.

Good nights stay
Check in was good, however a £40 deposit was taken on arrival which was not disclosed when booking, although it was returned later after checkout, the breakfast experience wasn’t the best, not a great choice and some of the “hot” food was cold, the toaster only toasted one side of the bread at a time and then ended up burnt, it was a lovely place and we would go back.

Areas around bed need dusting down which is the only knock on cleanliness as noticed and touched alot of it. Could do with parking included or subsidised parking ideally as we had to arrange all that ourselves which was annoying. Recommended overall

Very clean
Very clean and modern hotel. The bed was huge! Breakfast was lovely, lots of choice. The road was very busy through the night so a bit noisy up until a point but that can't be helped. Great location, just a 10 min walk from the AO Arena.
