When we arrived at the Hotel they claimed to have no idea of our booking. So after back and forth and multiple phone calls they finally checked their emails to see the Expedia booking. We weren’t offered the chance of having a meal.
Then next morning we woke to have no hot (or even warm) water. So cold showers! Apparently someone forgot to turn it on for our room.
And the access road to the very remote location is an absolute nightmare, barely passable by conventional car!
