Close to everything

This hotel is located very centrally to Temple Bar, Grafton Street and many major sites. We chose not to get the Hop On/Off Bus because pretty much everything we wanted to see was within a 20 minute walk or much less. The hotel is very nice, clean and the breakfast was excellent. The only thing I wish I had known was that, while they have parkiing available, you have to book it in advance. We had to park several blocks away at a parking garage. We did get a hotel discount but would have preferred to have the valet park at the hotel.

Central beliggenhed

Fint hotel med meget central beliggenhed. På trods af beliggenheden er der dog ganske roligt. Stort plus. Endnu et stort plus er den flotte udsigt fra rooftop-caféen. Morgenmaden er lidt dyr i forhold til kvaliteten. Hotellet vil gerne slå sig op på at være miljøvenligt, men så skal der altså flere knager op til håndklæderne, så man faktisk kan bruge sit håndklæde mere end én gang.

Enorm gastfreundliche Menschen

Sehr schönes Hotel inmitten von Belfast. Natürliche und persönliche Gastfreundschaft. An der Rezeption arbeiten wunderbare Menschen. Lily, Shirley und Ethan sind sehr professionell. Thank you. Sehr leckeres Frühstück mit Bushmills Whisky für den Porridge. Auch hier sehr gastfreundliche Bedienung. Die Gastgeberin fragt nach und ist sehr freundlich. Sehr zu empfehlen.

Centrally located and very grand.

Very centrally located, great venue, staff very helpful and rooms well equipped and very comfortable. One thing though, an upgrade to a city view room may not be worth the extra if you end up with the view of the back of an office block… but then that’s the view of the city.

On arrival the queue at checkin took 20mins. No information was provided by staff about food or hotel facilities. On arrival at the room there was a large pink stain on the carpet, stains on the pillow case and confetti on the floor at the side if the bed. Breakfast was a joke. They ran out of glasses for juice and i asked 4 members of staff when eventually a member brought 2 glasses when there was a queue of people waiting. They forgot my tea and the milk jugs were on the table empty which you had to fill yourself. I then got my hot breakfast and toast but there was no butter so asked but had to wait 5 minutes for it by which time my breakfast was cold. There was no organisation of staff at all, i understand it was busy but standards of a hotel should not fall because of this. I was highly disappointed with my stay.

Check in and check out were slow and after returning home I noticed I was charged £200 on my card. Contacted the hotel and was advised this was done in error but now I have to wait 3-5 days for it to be refunded. Room was fine. I paid for deluxe double room as wanted a bit of extra space but thought the room was small.....a lot smaller than our previous visit. Not sure how small the standard room would be if the one we stayed in was a size up. Overall we had a nice time.
